We have had our cabin in the Crowsnest Pass for 23 years now, and it is very precious to us. We live in Calgary, and we cherish our escapes to the cabin for family gatherings and getaways. It has always been difficult for us to keep on top of all the maintenance and cleaning and security necessary to make sure we can enjoy this place. Since we found HomeChek, this has vastly improved. Braden Cann has taken such good care of us. It has been a pleasure dealing with him. He is so conscientious and reliable. We never have to worry about whether he is following through. We can relax and feel secure in the knowledge that if Braden says he will take care of something, it will get done. From regular maintenance, to periodic improvement projects, he makes it so easy for us, overseeing the work and connecting us with experts in the local economy who can get things accomplished. It has been such a blessing having Braden take care of us. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

We built a Smart Home in the pass precisely so we could save money NOT using a service like Homechek, but electronic brains will only get you so far. We'd often arrive to find something amiss that could not be detected remotely, and have to spend the first evening fixing it. Now we drive to the Pass in full confidence the house will be in great shape. Homechek provide an excellent attention to detail, doing whatever you personally require. In addition, they have helpful suggestions and take initiative - staking our new trees in a windstorm, replacing buckled flooring, or fencing our lilacs so deer wouldn't eat them. From tracking down errant mice to hosing off hot tub filters, they do it all, and cheerfully. We highly recommend Homechek.

Sarah and her Homechek Crew have always been super easy to work with and very reliable and thorough. Our needs are on a flexible schedule, and Sarah always makes it easy to arrange house checks. She has made the extra effort to be familiar with our house and is thorough reporting anything she thinks we might need to know. Even when we have had "special" requests, Sarah has found a way to make it work.
The expansion of services offered is also very convenient, and we can trust that if Sarah is engaging these extra services, we can trust them to be done well.

That was a most wonderful experience. Karen came to my home this morning (for the 2 free hours of cleaning I won) and not only are my bathrooms and windows super clean and fresh, my boys were entertained the whole time. Will definitely be making room in the budget (which shouldn't be hard to do at their rates) and calling again because it was an excellent experience and she was so friendly. Thank you!
