​HomeChek CNP services ensure your investment is safe and your home insurance policy requirements are fulfilled by regularly checking in on your empty home or property, providing detailed reports and a log of monitoring.  Our staff are trained to maintain awareness of tampering, gas leaks, plumbing issues, temperature irregularities, electrical, and other concerns. In the event of an emergency, we're there in case additional services are required.  A custom service plan can be designed to fit your needs.  Your plan can include: regular house visits, watering plants, checking in on pets, taking out garbage, balancing hot tub chemicals, tidying the home or even stocking the fridge.  We take care of your home from the time you or your guests leave, until you are ready to return.  We can also arrange to be on site for scheduled deliveries or to supervise service/repair appointments for your home.
